More those who have always tried not to give up and step up in times of difficulty always get better experiences and lessons, they develop new energy which helps them in meeting new challenges.
But on the other side, there are some situations in which getting out is really very hard. There are times when we think of giving up and trying to get into the word Depression or related to that but we manage to boost ourselves recover all our positive energy and start again. Many of us who couldn’t do that because of any XYZ reason get worse with our life and could not tackle the situation which leads us to make the wrong decision.

I believe from my personal experience that prayers are the best way to exhale all your worries and inhale the positives from god. There are times when we feel exhausted and start thinking that God is not listening to our problems but that should be an advantage, actually, we must start thinking that yes God is not listening to our problems and we can confess whatever’s there in our hearts.
(We can confess even in church with the priest.)
It can be any bad thought killing inside your head, any unopened mistake which you have made, or any fear which you have. There are many things we can not say in front of others even to the closest ones thinking what people will think about us, but in front of God, you can speak yourself out loud.
Even if you believe that he is not responding currently, it will help you to release all your negative thoughts and give you a sense of lightness.
Regain your energies :
Do what makes you happy! Start doing something which gives you some source of happiness. It can be playing with your pets, doing YOga, Dancing, Listening to music, reading some books, or anything.
Get out of bed and discover about yourself, too must lie in bed, and locking up yourself can cause laziness and depression. Find more and more about you. and Boost Yourself After Failures
You can call your friend, you can talk with them, ask them about your strengths only not weaknesses, and ask them to give you some time and hang out with them. Life is all about exploring and discovering more and more, you must never underestimate yourself even after the biggest hurdle.

Make a New Objective :
Don’t limit yourself to what you have or what you have lost! Always try to achieve more and more in life here. I’m not saying to be grateful for what you have but to break the barrier which is stopping you from getting a better life.

So Objectives can be an example of reducing 10 kgs in the next two months or buying a luxurious house or owning a new car.
This may vary from person to person based on your choices and opinion about life. YOu can take your own time but not more than a week to set your objectives.
Objectives can be long-term and short-term as well, it depends on what is your current need. Setting an Objective will keep you busy and bring energy to finish the set target on time. Ask your family to take you around and check your progress on that mission.
Look around the people who have less than you :
We always believe that what we have faced is the worst in our life and that it is the end of everything, but it isn’t like that.
There are people who have faced much more difficulties than us, though we can never compare our pain with others we can learn how to stand up again, how to survive in life, and set an example for others.
Many of us might have lost near and dear ones who are irreplaceable, but before getting into deep thoughts of sadness do you think this action of hurting yourself mentally or physically can change the past ..NO.
If you Look around and see you will find there are people who have less than us, who have more suffering than us but they are living with a smiling face and choose to live a happy life.
If they can do this, then why can’t we?

Thus, through this article we like to articulate that one must not lose hopes, hopes from self, hopes from the Universe. If we have decided once to set ourselves back to the new normal then no one can stop us.

Your pain can be your biggest achievement which can help lots of lives to learn and move ahead.
If not this then that. If not that then, try try and try to keep on trying till your last breath.
